TALENT – COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Sports X were delighted to be retained by Ospreys Rugby Club, a professional rugby union team who play in United Rugby Championship, to run the search for their new Commercial Director. A role responsible for maximising and growing all revenue streams across the Ospreys and influencing the wider business strategy. The role spans Partnerships, Tickets and Hospitality, Merchandise and Licensing, Digital Media and Content and Corporate Event Sales.

This role is an integral part of the Ospreys Leadership Team that, as well as having overall responsibility to drive revenue, is central to achieving the new vision of the organisation and upholding it in all interactions with all stakeholders.

Working in partnership with our client we managed the full life cycle of the recruitment process enabling Ospreys to hire best in class candidate from the commercial department of a Premier League Football Club.
